ogether with their three sons Josh, Matthew and Nathan, and their two daughters-in-law, Laya and Paula, Bob and Dyann Birtch have put heart and soul into the farm land they have resided on for over 20 years. Each member of the family helps on the farm in various ways - from selling fresh produce at the farmer's market to selling wine in the wine store or even creating this very website! On any given fall weekend, you're sure to meet at least one of them - if not all of them!
Currently, Josh teaches Kindergarten for the Thames Valley District Board, which gives him a great opportunity to help on the farm during his summers off. His wife, Laya, works at Fanshawe college as an administrative assistant and they both live in Woodstock. Matthew lives in Cambridge and works for an agency in Mississauga as a web designer and has put those skills to use working in this website. Nathan, his wife Paula and their two children, Larissa and Olivia, live in London. Nathan works as a physiotherapist at the Spine and Joint Physiotherapy centre, while Paula has taken on the full-time, rewarding job of rearing their children.
