for Online Purchases
You can order from us with complete confidence that our products will arrive in good condition and will meet or exceed your expectations.
Should any of our products be damaged in shipment or be found unsatisfactory, please contact us with your original shipment information and the nature of the problem within 24 hours.after receiving the order. (Please read the “Frequently Asked Questions” section below before proceeding.) We will discuss the best remedy with you up to and including replacement of the product. Please do not return the product to us unless we request that you do so. We will send you a short form to fill out prior to any replacements.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for online purchases however in circumstances where product replacement is not possible, we will issue a credit voucher that can be used for future purchases.

What if I get a” bad” wine or damaged shipment?
First of all if you think the wine tastes “bad”, wait a few minutes and try another sip. It may need to “open up” (wine term) or your palate may have been altered by another food product (ie gum, coffee, salad dressing). A vinegar based salad dressing can make even those $100.00 bottles of wine taste bad. After you have appropriately cleansed your palate with some bread, cheese or chocolate, try another sip. As well, certain wines work well when paired with certain foods, and not so well with others. Contact us and we would be happy to discuss pairing options that may resolve some taste issues for you.
If it still tastes “bad”, please contact us with your original shipment information and a description of the problem, and we will gladly arrange to send you a replacement.
Of course if the shipment is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will ship you a replacement right away.
Can I buy wine on the internet?
Yes, if you are of legal age. When you order, you must use a valid credit card which verifies your age, and you must also sign the certification line that indicates you are of legal age, and that the wine will be received by someone of legal age, who is not intoxicated.
How do I prove that product was damaged during shipment?
We may request that you email a clear digital photo showing the damaged product as well as the original shipping container. If you wish you could submit a couple of photos with your initial contact.
